It was easy to make a reservation online, easy to get to the venue and have the shuttle take you to the airport, but this is where it stops being easy. Getting picked up from the airport was a nightmare. I called and waited over 30 minutes, then I called again to inquire about where the shuttle was and I was told he already left. I had to take a taxi to get my car. Very poor service from airport to hotel.
