We used the Comfort Inn & Suites, Dulles location. Always easy to get in/out of. JUST BE AWARE... their shuttle service stops at 10PM!! It's probably in the fine print, but caught us by surprise. Ended up having to use Lyft for our midnight arrival. Overall, added an hour to our trip home.

Overall, we had a really good experience with booking the parking and getting checked in at the parking site. Upon our return from our trip, though, we were unable to reach the hotel and get a ride back on the shuttle. We called several times over a 15 minute period and never got an answer. Eventually, we paid to take a cab back to the hotel so we could retrieve our car. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise excellent parking experience.

I had a great experience going to the airport. On the way back from the airport I called for a pickup at 5:07pm and the shuttle did not come until 5:50pm. I was highly disappointed waiting for that long when the shuttle is suppose to come every half hr.

Overall it was a positive experience, but pick up at the airport was a bit difficult. We called when we got our luggage, and the front desk said it was going to be leaving in 8 minutes. 35 minutes later I called again and talked to a rude front desk attendant who told me the van had already come and gone when we had been standing there the whole time. As I was on the phone, the van pulled in. The drivers were helpful and safe.

Getting to the airport was easy. It was when we had to be picked up from the airport that did not go well. We waited awhile and it hadn't come yet while we saw about every other hotel come and go. We had to call twice and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes total in the cold.

Overall, I didn't have an issue with the process however there maybe a need for better communication with the front desk and driver. I left on November 7th and I approached the front desk and provided my details. I told the front desk clerk that I had luggage and he told me to leave it on the front of the building so that the driver would load it to the van. I also asked where should I park my vehicle. The front desk clerk directed me to the back of the building. What this meant is that had to go park my vehicle to the back of building and leave my luggage for the driver to pick up. The driver came around as planned, to pick me up and take me to Airport. To my surprise, when we arrived at the Airport, the driver asked me if I had any luggage and I told him yes, didn't you include in the vehicle?, he said no. What this meant is that we had to go back to the hotel and collect my luggage with the next group of people. Luckily I had a couple minutes to spare and was very fortunate to have not missed my flight because of the incident. While this maybe a one-off incident, it could have cost me my entire scheduled business trip and increased cost. Luckily it all worked out. In the future, it may be best to have better communication with the front desk clerk and the driver to ensure that everyone is on the same page before leaving the building.

I have used Comfort Inn's shuttle about 4 times as is. They are the closest to the airport so fast. The driver is great as well. Their hotel lot can be a little packed (after all its a hotel too). They have very low rates as well. However, this time I had a problem with the shuttle being on time. I was at the pickup zone at 8PM, but no driver. That could simply be because my watch was slow or I simply missed it. No biggie. But then 8:30 came and still no shuttle. I finally call to ask about the shuttle and they could only say they arent sure what happend cause a driver was coming back already from the airport. So basically I had to wait an hour, till 9PM, to get picked up.

The overall experience was acceptable. The hotel is located conveniently to Dulles Airport and provided a lighted safe place to park. The free shuttle was ok though we did wait more than 30 minutes for pickup at the airport. Finally, the price was good.
