A very easy process. Check in at brand new hotel desk, have a seat, a cup of coffee, and the shuttle will pull around and pick you up and take you to your gate at IAD. The process was just as easy when we returned. A quick phone call and almost exactly 20 mins later, the shuttle pulled up and took us right to our car in the little long stay parking lot. Sheetz is right by the hotel, so we were able to grab a late evening snack for our 90 min drive to our home from Dulles.

Parking here was the best price I could find online for a 30+ days that we were overseas. It is within 10 minutes of Dulles. I dropped my family off at the airport and drove 10 minutes to park at the hotel. The lot is adjacent to the regular hotel parking lot, just a very short walk to the front desk. Took a shuttle (car ride) back to the airport. Upon my return I called to the hotel to ask when the next shuttle would arrive... he said it would be 30 minutes so for the sake of time I took an Uber (it was 9pm and it costs me $22.50) back to the hotel, got in my car and drove back to the airport to get my family (I have a large family). I was pleased with the amount I paid per day.

This is exactly what it presents itself as: an easy parking arrangement using parking lot space at, in my case, a hotel near the airport. The hotel had a shuttle that I used to get to and from the airport.

The hotel has an unpaved side lot that is fairly sizable for parking-only customers. They offer a complementary shuttle to & from Dulles that was convenient. The facility is quite close to the airport. I saved a good deal over what long-term parking at Dulles would have cost.
