Pros: - location is about 3-4 miles away from the airport; - waiting area with TV, free coffee - short walking distance from parking area to front desk/ shuttle Cons: SHUTTLE pick up is horrible. I have had to wait more than 40 minutes each time for pick-up. What's worst is I call the hotel immediately after landing to determine the next airport shuttle pick-up. When I called at 10:50 PM last night, the lady receptionist stated, "the driver is on his way... about 14-16 minutes." Rest assured, I rushed from baggage claim to 2H by 11:13 PM. I searched for the Comfort Inn van, and was unable to find them. I called thrice and spoke with a male receptionist who stated the first two times that the driver is "on his way." After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I called back to get the estimated time of driver arrival. The third time he said, "Oh, he is here" (at the hotel). I got more upset. The driver finally picked me up 15 minutes later. This was not the first time I have encountered the same issue. A total of 3 times this has happened. Inconsistent pick up times. Wait time more than 40 minutes. Poor communication between driver and front desk. Because of these, I have to pick other hotels to park. Book2Park, however, is still great.
