Overall it was a positive experience, but pick up
at the airport was a bit difficult. We called when we got our luggage, and the front desk said it was going to be leaving in 8 minutes. 35 minutes later I called again and talked to a rude front desk attendant who told me the van had already come and gone when we had been standing there the whole time. As I was on the phone, the van pulled in. The drivers were helpful and safe.
