Check in and getting to the airport was easy and fine. When we landed (instructions were to call to be picked up at the airport when we returned) we started calling the hotel to schedule our pickup and the phone would just ring and ring. We spent an hour trying to get in touch with the hotel (including calling corporate and having them call the hotel and having them send an administrative email that went to all managers) before giving up and paying for a taxi to get back to the car. So not only were we getting home an hour later than planned, we had to pay for a taxi to get our car when that was supposed to be included in our cost we paid (the entire reason we used your service)
