The shuttle is offered 7 am - 10 pm
Our return flight was delayed a lot and we had to run the length of IAD airport from the farthest gate on C concourse to ground transportation.
The last shuttle was already at the airport since somebody else had contacted them. We were lucky to get in before it departed.
