I used this service for the first time for a 4 day trip, and not only was it cheaper than parking at the airport, it was also easy to use the shuttle to get to the airport. The staff were great and the service was excellent!

My experience was very good. Both shuttle drivers were friendly, professional and right on time. The only glitch was leaving the lot on our return trip; the exit gate was not working at we had to wait a few minutes for an attendant.

Not much to say. Easy to find right off of Richmond Hwy. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Minimal wait for shuttle at airport or hotel. Garage was a bit cramped, but typical for the area.
