B2P says shuttle starts at 5 AM. It actually starts at 4:30 AM which I found better for my 6:00 am flight. Very few others start that early. Hotel needs you to check back at front desk after trip to verify parking ticket and B2P receipt agree so don't leave them in your car or you'll have to fetch them (major hassle) to get an exit code. Shuttle fits approx 15, so be early if you are time critical to flight. Ours had to leave people behind. It was busy Easter travel.

Everything went well with the hotel garage and the shuttle to and from the airport, it just lacked some finer instructions. For instance, when you turn into the hotel, it might help to say that you will need to push to get a ticket, but then go check in with the front desk to get a garage key-card so you can exit when your session is over. Just little things like that which can make a big difference in how smooth everything goes.

Compared to DCA long term it is just as close, inside, and about $11 less per day. The Hilton garage is very tight and hard to navigate. When I arrived it was pretty messy with trash on the ground, but it's just a parking garage. I did not use the shuttle, but it is 1 min. walking to DCA's terminal B and .4 min. to the closest metro. Overall easy and reasonably priced. Checking in and out was very easy, which was by concern.

was easy to book and get parking. The only issue I had was that I did not know I needed to go to front desk of hotel to get a key to let me out of parking lot. maybe y'all could clarify that in your instructions...also, your instructions say that the shuttle was available on demand-think y'all need to update it to reflect every half hour that the hotel actually runs, and that user needs to call hotel to get back to parking lot from airport.
