Parking lot is across from the cruise terminal (you can see it from Lido deck). Just a fenced in area, but everything was fine. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived, it filled up before we could check in, but another was there in a few minutes. Check in was fairly simple with our online reservation and the return pickup was perfect. Van arrived when we got to the waiting area and back on the road in a few minutes. All in all a great transaction with $$ savings over parking at the terminal.

The experience was great. The young men driving the shuttle were exceptionally nice and friendly. The only complaint is the condition of the shuttle vehicle. It is dirty looking inside and out, but especially the seats. But, for a ride just across the road, it is tolerable. Would definitely book again, just wish the shuttle was cleaner.

No issues before the cruise. This may be Jaxport policy but not having any sort of identification as to the waiting area for our shuttle, on our return, was confusing. Also, the shuttle itself had no identification on it at all causing us to have to ask if this was the right bus for our parking lot. Come on guys, can't you afford a couple of magnetic signs with your name on for your van? There seemed to be only one van working when we returned from the cruise despite many people waiting for their cars. That planning could use some improvement. Overall, though, I would definitely use your service again. Special shout out to the young woman who collected us and others, hefting those very heavy suitcases etc into the back of the van. She was cheerful and several times expressed gratitude for us having used your parking facility.
