Drivers were excellent, courteous, and helpful but we waited an hour to be taken across the street. You need more vans and they need to be clearly marked. If we had known the wait would be so long, it would have almost been better to pay more and get to my car and be heading home sooner. The moral of this story is you get what you pay for.

The lot is very convenient in proximity to the port. Directly across the street. However it is a uneven grass and muddy piece of land. The staff is friendly and helpful. However the shuttle vans are old and give off fumes. Mine had no air conditioning. I was extremely grateful that it was just across the street. So I didn't have to spend much time in the van. They were timely. And my car was there when I came back.
