Beware if coming from out of town for a later flight!!!! One of the reasons that I booked here was because they had a 24-hour shuttle and I was leaving on an evening flight. The shuttle is supposed to leave every 40 minutes. I was driving in from out of town. About 90 minutes out @ 6:30 p.m. I called and asked when the shuttle leaves around 8:00. The girl said at 8:10 and then at 8:50. I said that I will be there around 8:00. I arrived at 7:50 and went in the lobby to fill out my paperwork and wait for the 8:10 shuttle. A shuttle came a little after 8:10 and I went to get on. The driver said that shuttle was only dropping off and the clerk has to call for a pick-up shuttle. I went back inside and asked why I couldn't take that one. She said that even though they are "scheduled", after 4 pm they have to call first. No one ever told me this. I was in the lobby for 15 minutes right in front of her, waiting for a non-existent ride! She called and I finally got picked up around 8:40. Why did she not at least call when I got there. In there defense, their little sign at the desk, does say they have to call ahead after 4 pm, however, it is at the bottom of the sign below the pick-up times. This should also be stated on this web site. Also, this shuttle picks up for numerous hotels in the area. Sitting a seat towards the front, I could see the low tire-pressure light glowing on the dashboard and it kind of made me nervous.
