Parking was secure, but the Shuttle service was TERRIBLE!!! Waited 30 min. to go to the airport and almost 1 hour to be picked up at the airport�which took 3 phone calls from me.

I had no problems with the hotel but the shuttle services could have been better. I had to wait almost an hour to be picked up from the airport and the driver that finally came was a little on the rude side.
