Airport drop off was no issue since the van was already there.
After I returned from my trip and called to be picked up from the airport, I was informed that the van was out of service. The receptionist then told me to take a cab and said that the fare will be refunded. I was skeptical but thankfully it was promptly refunded on arrival at the hotel.
