Is was as advertised except I did not realize (my fault) that they charge you fuel and transportation to the airport. Check the charges before you pay. Still cheaper is you come between 6 AM and 9:00 PM other wise you need to get an uber or Taxi which was not cheap. In my case I would have been better off parking at Dulles parking lot.

Everything was pretty smooth. Shuttle service was generally very quick. The hotel is about 15 minutes from IAD, so budget that into your travel. There are similar hotels, this is the doubletree in Sterling.

On the way to the airport everything was fine. On the way back we had to wait almost an hour to start driving back from the moment of our call. Shuttle came within 45 minutes, but waited another 15 minutes, although nobody came. Other than that everything else was fine. If you not in a hurry, that�s would be okay. Otherwise, may create some problem. Lucky for us we were not.

I've used Book2Park on multiple trips now. They are legit, reliable, and one of the more affordable options. The parking areas are easy to find, and the customer service is good. I've never felt uneasy with the lots or had problems with anyone messing with my car. Shuttle waits are reasonable but can be a little variable, depending on how far the lot is from the airport. On my most recent return trip, I just missed the shuttle run and had a to wait about 25 minutes for the next one. Some flexibility is required. The drivers have all been friendly and waste no time getting you to where you're going. You can also extend your reservation remotely if you miss a connection or don't return on the expected date. I recommend Book2Park and will continue using the service myself.
