We used Book2Park and 241 Parking for the 1st time on our recent cruise. The service was excellent. They parked our car, loaded the luggage and helped us into the shuttle bus. A very short ride to the cruise terminal plus instructions for pick up after our cruise. The 241 shuttle was waiting for us at the end of our cruise. They again loaded the luggage for us. It was only about a block to where our vehicle was now parked, waiting for us. It couldn't have been faster or easier. Note: when we made the parking reservation, they had our reservation beginning at 11 p.m. on the day of our cruise. I contacted them to explain that a reservation for 11 p.m. is not possible when we board the ship at 11 a.m. They changed the reservation to 11 a.m. even though we were to be on board by 11 a.m. It all worked out fine. The total cost was good and the service was great. We will book with 241 again for our 2025 cruise out of Tampa.
