No problem with the parking and security on my parking date. Expected a more secure paved lot and on site attendent at all times which there was not. And you need a much larger sign at the entrance, I passed it twice. And as your driver said you need much better signage for the pick-ups at the port to get to the garage for pick up,, but I understand that is a local port problem and not yours,,, any way all was good and safe and very nice and friendly drivers!

Generally staff was very friendly and cooperative Our disappointment was in the location (most of our group passed by the corner chan link lot, turned around, etc. we were told wring lot (error). The pickup at disembark ent was timely and very well executed.
