Great experience(first time using this place) no problems with checking the vehicle in. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes. I like that! Upon returning vehicle was already sitting and waiting on our arrival. Shuttle was very quick also

I have a suggestion that would make dealing with O'Hare Fast Spot much easier: please list your phone number for the parking location in a prominent location on communication. The 408 area code reaches someone in California! Make it easier for someone parking at a local spot to access that spot.

Excellent parking service. They processed my car quickly. And I was on a shuttle within five minutes of arriving. When I returned, I called as instructed, and the shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. I will use them for my next trip.
