I was disappointed by Se-Lect Airport Parking in Revere. Maybe I was expecting too much, but here are a couple of things: - No fence (since the parking lot was in poor neighborhood in Revere I was expecting the lot to be fenced). - sign telling me to take photos of car (when we went to the front desk there is a sign suggesting that I take photos of the car in case there is damage - this just seemed wrong) - shuttle drivers were nice - no complaints there - the rate the desk attendant quoted me was different than online, but he honored the on-line pricing without issue - no complaints there - the shuttle picked us up at a distant location at the airport (there are two sections of terminal B and we were told to go to the other area - we needed to walk outside in the freezing cold to get to the other area) - the shuttle van had no markings (only a piece of paper in the window) - this made it feel like a shady operation Book2 park response: We truly apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, this was not a good experience. We are sorry to know you are dissatisfied with the service. Airport regulations only allow ground transportation pick up at designated areas of the airport.
