All went well. They have great customer service from the front desk to the shuttle personnel. Google Map GPS directed us in the wrong direction. Fortunately, we were familiar with the area. It's located parallel to Route 1 in Crystal City.

Negative 1 rating because the driver at 4AM (10/13/22) dropped us off at the beginning of the terminal, rather than at the end where American Airlines was located. Driver knew we were AA, yet, he dropped us off early. I hated that. I felt cheated. Lesson learned, I will make sure to ask to be dropped off at the actual location. SMH. (Also, driver didn't leave the hotel until closer to 4:50AM, rather than 4:30AM. Future travelers, beware) Remaining 4 ratings were everything else. From the covered driving garage (below the hotel), the front desk male check-in/-out, and finally the simple and fast pick up at door #4, we would come back again, and again, and again.

The hotel was relatively easy to find. The garage was a plus and the elevator is on the middle and way tho get to. The staff at the hotel is nice. My only issue was the shuttle speed. We got on the shuttle right around the scheduled time to DCA. However, we waited around 45min for the shuttle. We called the hotel and they said he had already left. The note on the reservation should say note average shuttle from hotel is top of the hour and at DCA it's on the half. With a toddler it was a tough wait.
