The service in getting to the airport was great. I got to the parking garage a few minutes after the 2:00 PM shuttle, but the attendant drove me himself to the departure gate. Coming back, I missed the pickup at 11:10 PM on Monday evening, having gotten to the 2G pickup stop at 11:16 PM. I tried calling to check on the time of pickup, but could only get voice mail. However, I was picked up at 11:45 PM, so I was able to retrieve my vehicle at the parking garage.

The parking reservation booking was easy. The only thing, there was no one at the help desk when I got there, i was told that I will need to check in with them. This created confusion and I ended up wasting 15 minutes, I called the customer service line who then said I can just leave my car in the garage and leave. When coming back the crowne plaza airport shuttle driver helped me get my car out, really appreciated his help since there was no attendant after an exhausting long journey. Otherwise, the experience was seamless , highly recommend!

Great parking option for Dulles. The covered parking is especially good for winter time - no worries about scraping snow and ice upon return. Shuttle runs promptly every half hour. Only downside is no elevator in garage which might be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Otherwise, highly recommend.
