This is the 2nd time I�ve parked my car at this location. I haven�t had any issues. The shuttle driver was great. He transported us to & from the airport. One suggestion would be for Book2Park to coordinate the registration information to Ramada so the customer don�t have to complete forms for the hotel as well.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and not helpful and the return shuttle took quite a lontg time to come piick me up at the airport. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Hotels's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time as well for a good customer service and avoid this from happening again.
