I would certainly use this service again. This would've been a 5 star experience, but the ball was dropped when I needed to be picked up. Check in was smooth and easy and the staff was nice. When I needed to be picked up, I called around 8:30 a.m. and Marcos stated the driver was on the way. I know that things may be busy and it's not going to be an immediate pickup, but 30 minutes passed by and I was still waiting. I would like to add that it was 40 degrees outside, and I didnt want to go back inside because I didnt want to miss the driver's arrival and have to call back again. I had to call back around 8:53 and Marcos stated there was a miscommunication with the driver and I was finally able to get picked up around 9 a.m. Overall a good service, but communication just needs to be clear. Great price, great location, easy to find. I was the only one so getting to the airport was fast. Pickup is on demand and when I called the lady said 15-20 minutes. 43 mins and one more phone call later, the same attendant arrived. I would book again but 40 mins is unacceptable.

Our arrival at the designated parking spot was fine. On our return we were told that they did not have a driver to pick us up and they would send an UBER. The first Uber called never showed up; the next one showed up and was very professional and helpful.

4 stars because the tall front desk attendant made me fill out paperwork when I arrived that said exactly what the reciepts I handed him said. What a waste of time when you are trying to get to the airport. It felt like it was probably his job and he was asking me to do it for him. The shuttle drivers were friendly. I was very impressed with the stocky African American driver that picked me up from the airport who gave me directions to bypass some traffic for my drive home. My car seems to be fine.
