" This is the first time we have used Book2park, and it worked out great. The only hiccup was that when we got to the hotel to park, they were wanting the receipt. The directions said we could use an electronic receipt, but they really wanted it printed. Took about 5 minutes to try to forward them the email receipt before they decided we'd just go on without it. The shuttle was there and ready to take us to the airport. When we returned to RDU, it had snowed and the shuttle still came and got us. I gave them a heads-up that we had landed and he said to call when we had our baggage. When we called again, we then had to wait a bit for the shuttle, especially since the roads were slushy, but it wasn't too bad. Everyone involved was nice, and it was a good bit less expensive to book through the site, versus walking into the hotel for parking."

" Atwell suites by IHG is super clean and looks very classy. Parking spot were reserved for park and fly customers and shuttle driver was readily available to drop us at the airport. However on our return we found out that the shuttle service stops by 5PM, while we arrived at 10PM. Please update the website to reflect the correct shuttle hours to avoid this hassle. We had to get an uber to the hotel to pick our car."

" I realized all onsite and nearby airport parkings were sold out for holiday travel, and found "book2park.com. I didn't know this service existed. I was not sure at first but it was great, efficient, easy to book and very affordable. This Quality Inn is located just outside of the airport traffic area and easy to get on/off the highway. More importantly, I felt safe to park and leave my car there. This is a great service for both family with small children and business travelers. I parked my car at the hotel and went to the front desk to "check in". The shuttle came in 5 mins and dropped me at the departure. On my way back, I called the hotel, and the shuttle came in 5 mins. If I have parked at the Central, I would have to look for a spot to park or where I parked and drag my suitcase in heat or cold. You don't have to worry about losing the ticket and there is no need to wait to pay at kiosks or gates. The drivers were friendly and professional. I will use this service again! "
