" This was so good for my budget. I was furloughed w/o income for 6 weeks. I thought it was going to take a long time for someone to pick me up when I flew back to BWI but it didn�t. The driver told me he would pick me up in 10 minutes AND HE DID. The driver, a VERY, VERY nice and well mannered man, said he usually works the front desk but he needed to fill in as a driver. I will use this alternate parking situation again in the very near future."

We have had no damage to our vehicle during the parking times. Parking charges are reasonable. When we found we had to extend days there was no issue being able to pay. "

" I�ve used this service several times parking at the Embassy Suites and found the morning are a better experience dealing with the front desk and waiting on their free shuttle to the airport. The hotel staff in the late afternoon and the free shuttle is very slow, so give yourself extra time if you plan on leaving in the afternoon or evening. From my experience the late afternoon and evening shuttle to the airport is not as reliable as the morning shuttle. The afternoon staff just kept repeating �they called the van�. It was frustrating to me. "

" Parking here was great. Easy check-in process. The lady who checked us in was nice. The parking lot is wide open and seems very secure. Clean and well lit. Even though there were NO SHUTTLE offering at the time of our booking/travel, it all worked out for us because of our return arrival time. It is normally when shuttles are not available (after midnight), even with other hotel parking who offers free shuttles. Close to the airport. No complaints at all. Will rebook when need arises."
