Dropping off was acceptable and no issues. Shuttle was available as advertised. During pickup there was lack of communication between shuttle driver and supervisor. Driver didn't know supervisor took my keys to start my vehicle and start to warm it up for when we got there. Would also help it there was better signage on their shuttle to distinguish it from other vehicles so pickups would be easier. Overall a good experience and would use the lot again.

Basically fine. Its a little hard getting into Select lot in revere from the west. You have to continue straight past it, get in left lane and make a U-turn where indicated. Attendant helpful. There's one shuttle, at least on weekday evenings, so if you miss it there's a wait.
