Once again, not enough seats on the shuttle. They know when people are returning why can't they schedule the shuttle pickups to handle the loads? Other than waiting for second shuttle at kiosk #12 the car was clean and drivers BOTH ways were excellent. I do like Omni, I just wish they scheduled the pickups at MCO better than they do.

Parking the car was easy for me as a repeat customer whose info was already in the computer. Picking up the car was supposed to be streamlined by texting Omni my receipt number after I picked up my luggage; however, because of apparent under-staffing, my car was not ready 25 min after I texted. Nonetheless, a good value overall.

Good experience dropping car. Picking up is not as consistent as we expected. Even after texting claim number ahead of time, the car was not ready. We were the first one providing our claim number to the person at the outside desk, but the last one getting our car. Maybe my car was not at the same level as other people.

Very good service. Just needs the process of submitting the claim check by text message to actually trigger your car to be ready when you get to the location. We always have to wait for our car to be brought out even if we are the only ones.
