We have used this company twice for our parking needs in the last 18 months. Both times we were pleased with the services provided. Employees were pleasant and efficient in their processing of our parking needs as well as getting us to and from the airport. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Lot employees are very hard working, courteous, and friendly. The system in place to drop off and pick up is very efficient. Upon returning your car is ready and waiting provided you follow the procedure to text the ticket number prior to shuttle pick up. Shuttle speed is a bit slow, but the overall customer service makes up for it.

I was told if I called when I landed my car would be waiting - the attendant would bring it up - guess what - didn't happen. when I got there at 2:00 AM I stood around for 20 min. finally saw a man come out into the lobby then go back into his office - so I stood there till he came back out and asked if he could help me. The attendant was sitting in his car, I guess listening to radio, when the man from the office asked him to get my car. Otherwise everything was ok

Clean facility, no extra fees, had my car ready and available when I arrived for my return pick up. Sent confirmation emails and text messages. Car was in exact condition as I dropped it off. Shuttle did take 35 minutes to arrive at airport and drivers were speeding to and from airport and playing inappropriate music.

I have used Book2Park (Omni) twice now...and it has been a no hassle experience both times. There is very little wait departing or arriving. Shuttle drivers are always polite, instructive & helpful with baggage. As far as I'm concerned I will continue to use this service.
