Parking Facilities Locations: All Parking Facilities are located within close proximity to the airport or seaport. Directions will be contained in the ReservationConfirmation Receiptthat is emailed to you immediately upon booking your reservation. You driving directions will be from you billing address, the directions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are provided to us from direction "finders" ect. Google, Yahoo, and Mapquest. We will not be held responsible for the accuracy of these directions. We advise that you plan your route ahead of time as adjustments may be necessary. It is the customer's responsibility to give themselves enough time to make their flight. Book2park.com or its providers will not be held responsible for reimbursing any missed flights. Access to Parking Facilities: All Parking Facilities will generally be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. However, you will only be able to check-in, in person, and use the affiliates shuttle services during the affiliates normal business hours, which are generally 24 hours, or are varied based upon the hotels/parking faclities; holiday hours will vary. Parking Facilities will not accept your vehicle if it is a commercial, recreational or other oversized vehicles that cannot fit into a single parking stall. All of the Parking Facilities are "Park At Your Own Risk". Operator is not responsible for your vehicle or any items left inside your vehicle. Availability We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our Site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and system outages. We cannot promise that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. We assume no liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption, or downtime. Content The Content is intended for information purposes only. Although we exercise reasonable efforts to ensure their quality and accuracy, there might be errors, or the information provided may not be complete, current, or applicable to your particular situation. Furthermore, information provided regarding the service has been provided to us by the vendor. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions. Cancellation Policy All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
