Although, I am unsure of her name, the young lady who checked me in was the same young lady who did my "exit interview." She was very helpful on both ends, but especially on the back end when I found that my car would not start. The driver who had collected me from JAX, jumped the vehicle and I was able to get back home (one hour and fifteen minutes away) without incident. Life savers, both of them! It was a pleasant experience and Green Mango is super efficient.
