We arrived on Christmas day and the lot was packed. The person at the desk gave us a card to place on our windshield and told us we could park anywhere at the hotel. We still had trouble finding an available parking spot and left our car in a space where guests would have parked their cars. It worked out fine, but I felt bad taking a spot where a guest would normally park. The shuttle was a little slow taking us to the airport, but very quick picking us up. No major complaints about our experience and would certainly consider them again.
