When I checked with the girl at your check-in counter regarding any promos I may have missed, she said no, plus that I wasn�t paying the least expensive rate because I apparently used another booking site instead of booking direct. This really makes me mad, especially being a returning patron. Your computer system should have recognized me as a returning patron and offered a coupon. In fact, let me confirm with you right now - for future, What site do I use to guarantee me thee best rate? There is a lot of confusion with affiliated websites and even in recognizing which shuttle vans belong to who. If what I am sharing with you is of value to you, I would welcome a credit of what I just paid vs the lowest amount, had I known that the site I was on was a �camouflage� link to your direct website.
