Both, my drop off time and pick up times changed and the attendant was very accommodating. I managed to get confused about where to get picked up at the airport and AGAIN, the attendant was very patient and helpful. If I had to offer 1 suggestion, it would be, to have a larger or more colorful (attention getting) sign on the shuttle. My total experience was very positive and the fee was very affordable. I will definitely use this lot AGAIN and recommend to others.
