Shuttle was waiting for me at 5 am in parking lot and took me straight to airport. The parking lot is located behind the Metro Repair Accident Center business at the closed gate. Car sits in fenced-in lot. Flight came in early, so called the phone number, and driver arrived 15 minutes later. This is my 2nd time using them, and all the drivers are pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced.
