The site was easy to use. The parking lot was fine, hotel was easy to find and staff was nice. Shuttles are horrible, old, dirty, beat up. They shuttle for 6 hotels at a time so between waiting for one to show up ( late at the lobby pickup) and stopping at all hotels, it took an hour to go 3 miles. Both shuttle drivers were nice but constant calls know a 2 way radio and cell phones did not make for a safe feeling ride. Need a much better system in place.
