This is the first time we have used Book2park, and it worked out great. The only hiccup was that when we got to the hotel to park, they were wanting the receipt. The directions said we could use an electronic receipt, but they really wanted it printed. Took about 5 minutes to try to forward them the email receipt before they decided we'd just go on without it.
The shuttle was there and ready to take us to the airport.
When we returned to RDU, it had snowed and the shuttle still came and got us. I gave them a heads-up that we had landed and he said to call when we had our baggage. When we called again, we then had to wait a bit for the shuttle, especially since the roads were slushy, but it wasn't too bad.
Everyone involved was nice, and it was a good bit less expensive to book through the site, versus walking into the hotel for parking.
