The lot is very close to the airport. It's a straight shot and easy. The shuttle was waiting when I arrived and even drove over to others unloading their car. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Coming back it was hard getting hold of someone at front desk to arrange a pickup, but the shuttle did show at the airport. The driver waited for a bit to make sure there was a pickup and drove me directly to my car in the lot.
