I parked at this hotel for 8 days and never had a problem even though I checked in after hours when I left and asked for a shuttle pickup at 2 AM when I arrived at the Hobby airport. I can't say enough about the great shuttle service provided by this hotel every half hour 24/7. Booking at the web site was easy and efficient. My only comment is that I wish the parking area had more visible cameras and better lighting.
