Because of the time we needed to be at the airport, we were able to utilize the shuttle on just the return trip. Although we parked at this hotel in September, I had not remembered that I needed to call the hotel for the shuttle. However, once I made the call, the shuttle arrived in about 20 minutes. Others were picked up at the second Hotel Shuttle stop. Both times, the driver stood back, and all passengers had to put their own luggage in the back of the shuttle bus. Please consider adding a reminder that a call is necessary if parking at the Courtyard Alexandria Pentagon South.
