Excellent service. They communicate well and we had no problems with catching the shuttle, both from the hotel and the airport. A warning though - if your shuttle picks up at 10:05, arrive at least 2-3 minutes early, since our 10:05 shuttle left at 10:04, about 30 seconds before we arrived at the shuttle pickup location. Our mistake for cutting it so close. Luckily we allowed plenty of time before our flight, so the next shuttle, which arrived 20 minutes later, still got us to the airport in plenty early enough.
