This is our second time using Cambria hotel parking. The first time was not a good experience - staff was difficult to find and no one answered the phone when we got back (August 2021) . We decided to try them again. Much better service this time. Friendly staff this time. Driver on both occasions was very helpful and friendly. Staff was at the counter when we arrived, we did not need to search for someone the second time. The phone was answered on the first call attempt. The shuttle for us at 10:50pm took about 15 minutes to arrive. What I like about this service - I won't forget where I parked my car! Will use this service again.
