Great option for park and fly from CLE. Easy to get to and both the hotel staff and the drivers were very helpful - the one who picked me up at the airport upon my return even put my very heavy suitcases in my car for me. I will use this service again for sure!

Shuttle process worked as expected. My wife and I had about a 10-minute wait at the hotel prior to being transported to the airport. We also had about a 10-minute wait at the airport before being dropped at our car upon return. I have no complaints.
