The Westin Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport.

When you arrive at The Westin Crystal City Hotel please please go to the front desk to fill-up parking form. Please go to the underground parking garage and take a ticket at the entrance. When you return from your trip, please go to the front desk and present your confirmation for validation to be used at the ticket machine at check out. If you stay longer than your reservation, you are responsible for the difference and must see the concierge prior to leaving the lot to pay the additional fee. This program does not apply to the hotel Guests. Please note: This garage has a height restriction of 6'8" - larger vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Once you have returned to DCA and you have collected your luggage, go to lower level door #4 and wait for the next available shuttle pick up. Calling the hotel is advised to confirm shuttle status.
Look for the Westin Crystal City van only. Parking check out is at hotel front desk. In order to check out you will have to present the copy of your parking reservation and the parking ticket that you received when entering the garage in order to get it validated, to use when leaving the hotel.

Could not have been simpler. Great service by Hotel Check-in desk and shuttle drivers Shuttle eaves every 30 mins and pickups from airport every 30 mins and on time!

The parking experience was easy to use. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was easy to access. Very helpful staff when checking out of the parking lot.
They will leave you stranded for over an hour.

Rude driver was over an hour late due to �traffic.� The spot is only a 5 minute drive away. We could have walked there faster!! Driver did not assist with bags (did not even exit vehicle to open/close doors for any of the passengers for multiple stops). When I complained; their response was simply ridiculous. I will avoid this place in the future, and suggest everyone do the same. No one needs or deserves this added stress when traveling.

Easy, secure parking at a great value. Shuttle was timely but was helpful to call because our plane was not a typical time.
