The Parking Mall is an uncovered, self-parking lot located directly
across from the Jacksonville Cruise Terminal.
Your Parking Mall Reservation includes a complimentary shuttle ride to
& from the cruise terminal for Up To FOUR (4) Passengers of all ages.
Parties LARGER THAN FOUR (4) are asked to drop-off the extra
passengers and luggage to the cruise terminal prior to parking your
vehicle with us at The Parking Mall. **Parties Larger than FOUR will
be charged $5.00 per additional person, of all ages.**
DROP-OFF from Parking Mall to the Terminal: Shuttles will begin
dropping guests off to the ship at 11am with the last shuttle leaving
at 3pm. Please wait with your vehicle and shuttles will come to you!
PICK-UP from the Terminal to The Parking Mall: Shuttles will be
transporting guests from the designated Shuttle Pickup area, located
along the fence to the right as you exit the cruise terminal.
Once full, our Parking Mall Shuttles will depart from the cruise
terminal back to The Parking Mall in a constant rotation from 8am
until 10:30am, or whenever the last guest is returned to their
vehicle.

We had a 10:30 am ship check-in time, and arrived at the parking lot around 9:45. They checked us in quickly and efficiently, directed us to a parking spot, and had us unload our luggage. We waited just a few minutes for the shuttle to return to the lot, drop off returning passengers, and load up to take us to the port. The driver was excited for us, polite, and helpful. Our return was delayed, due to a boating accident near the port, and Parking Mall was well-prepared for the confusion that was caused by the overlap of departing and arriving passengers. I will definitely use them again, if I sail from Jacksonville.

I was slightly taken aback when I arrived at The Parking Mall location. I expected a paved parking lot, not an open area. Despite being skeptical about the safety of the location, it was secure and the price to park was very reasonable. The staff picked us up at our car, loaded all of our luggage and dropped us off in front of the cruise ship. They advised us where to get picked up when we returned. The ship was three hours late in docking when we returned and it was organized chaos getting off the ship. We waited no more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to The Parking Mall lot and they loaded our bags, then dropped us off at our car. Overall, I felt it was a great value. My car was kept safe and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

When we cruise out of POJ the Parking Mall is our #1 choice, great value and the service is top notch. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful whether its loading your bags for you or giving some helpful tips concerning places of interest near by, I highly recommend to anyone, give The Parking Mall a try.

This is the second time we have parked with The Parking Mall and would definitely recommend. It�s excellent value for money compared to the on port parking, and the parking lot is just across the street from where the ship docks! The shuttle literally takes less than ten minutes. I love that the staff from two years ago are the same, and they go out of their way to give clear information which makes for a seamless parking experience. Plus they are so nice and always seem excited about your vacation! I wish all of our cruise parking we�ve experienced at different ports in the US could be ran by these wonderful people. Thank you!

Really appreciated how simple the parking solution was, and the staff we interacted with (Zack & Melanie) were both very professional, friendly and courteous. I think I left my water bottle in one of your vans though, so if you find it and can get it back to me please let me know (it's black with a sticker that says damn james)
