Pay for a different lot on holidays/ busy times

Have used this site many times. In the past, the experience was positive. I parked on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and it was a mess. There were too many people, no order in who and when you were picked up by the shuttle to get to the airport. The people at the check in gate lied continuously saying that the shuttle would be there in 5 min. A shuttle did arrive, but there were 75 people waiting to get on and no orderly line, process to get picked up. I ended up paying for an expensive UBER to get me to the airport in time. Not a positive experience. The return pick up was great, quick and professional.
