smooth timely experience

Good price. Love to wait in the hotel lobby until the shuttle left (on time) to go to the airport. Return was just as smooth, with 2 shuttles running since it was mid-afternoon. Would do it again. The parking I chose was very close to the airport and the shuttle took 5-10 minutes to get there.

This is a much better deal than parking at the airport or one of the off-site lots. Courteous drivers to take you to and from the airport. Will definitely use in future trips.

10/10 experience. Staff was super kind and helpful. When I landed, shuttle was there within 5 minutes to pick me up. Will definitely use their service again.

Airport pickup prompt

Drop off to airport is usually never an issue since the shuttle is already there at the hotel. It is the airport pickup that matters and it was done within a reasonable 15 minutes.

Helpful and friendly staff. When I was picked up from the airport the driver even drove right to my car and loaded my suitcase into my car.

Parking at the Doubletree was very convenient and easy to access. I would have no problem recommending this hotel parking lot to anyone who have flights departing from BWI.
