I had no issues. Parked right behind the hotel, the front desk person printed a parking pass, the driver picked us up in a timely fashion. On the way back, same thing. I liked it! And paid only $10 a day compared to RDU�s $17 cheapest rate (which was already sold out).

I realized all onsite and nearby airport parkings were sold out for holiday travel, and found "book2park.com. I didn't know this service existed. I was not sure at first but it was great, efficient, easy to book and very affordable. This Quality Inn is located just outside of the airport traffic area and easy to get on/off the highway. More importantly, I felt safe to park and leave my car there. This is a great service for both family with small children and business travelers. I parked my car at the hotel and went to the front desk to "check in". The shuttle came in 5 mins and dropped me at the departure. On my way back, I called the hotel, and the shuttle came in 5 mins. If I have parked at the Central, I would have to look for a spot to park or where I parked and drag my suitcase in heat or cold. You don't have to worry about losing the ticket and there is no need to wait to pay at kiosks or gates. The drivers were friendly and professional. I will use this service again!

Rating first book2park. Competitive pricing for same service as other platforms. Easy to book with upfront pricing; no hidden charges. Rating of quality inn. Great service with clear instructions on how to obtain rerun shuttle. Prompt and friendly driver. Would park at this location again.

I had a great experience! Going online and setting up the reservation was easy. The staff team was very pleasant and professional. The shuttle driver was a sweet gentleman and on time! I will never park at the airport again! This service was amazing. I was dropped off at the terminal and picked up after my return by 2 very courteous gentlemen. So much easier than trying to find my car amidst 5000 others and having to walk a mile after a long journey! I highly recommend this service and the location I parked. The price was a pleasant surprise too. Thank you for making my trip so much easier.
