Female staff at NU Hotel was extremely friendly! Shuttle was great and was awaiting my arrival on plane. One thing they should have at the Parking is Handicap parking, walked a long way with suitcase. Should have some up close spots if you have a Handicap permit. Very surprised they do not have.

The service was great! [Less] money well spent parking here instead of the airport. The customer service was professional and informative, the shuttle was timely and driver was very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be using this airport parking option again in the future!
