The staff was great. The parking was fantastic it was easy to find the lot. The van was there at the cruise ship waiting for us. The lot was only minutes from the ship.

Directions were to a lot this org used to operate. Fortunately, we could call and got directions to their lot with paved secure parking in back of a casino. Very good shuttle from ship as well.

Excellent experience. You self park your vehicle in an open protected lot and the van is there to take you to the port. When we returned from our cruise, after going through customs and walking outside to the pickup area the pickup van arrived and we were back at our vehicle within 20 minutes.Highly recommend.
