Arrival Procedures:
• Check-in time begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruisers
• Proceed directly to the 8th floor of the parking garage
• Registration with the parking attendant is mandatory
• You must provide:
-Reservation information
-Number of passengers
-Ship name
-Vehicle license plate number
Parking validation will be provided at check-in
Shuttle Service Information
• First shuttle departs at 11:00 AM
• Last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM
• Complimentary shuttle service limited to 4 passengers per reservation
• For groups larger than 4, additional passengers must arrange separate transportation
• Note: We do not reimburse alternative transportation costs (Uber, Lyft, or taxi)
Late Arrivals
If arriving after 2:30 PM:
• Park on the 8th floor as directed
• Arrange private transportation to Port of Miami
• Use ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) or taxi at own expense
Return Procedures
• Shuttle pickup from Port begins at 7:30 AM
• Standard waiting period: 30 minutes
• Report to designated pickup area
• Contact facility only if wait exceeds 30 minutes
• Follow driver's instructions for return procedures

• All vehicles must park on 8th floor only
• Vehicles parked on other levels risk fines or towing
• No re-entry permitted - violations subject to fines, booting, or towing
• Plan to arrive at parking facility with sufficient time before your cruise

We do not park oversize vehicles such as RVs or trucks. No oversized vehicles with height dimension over 6'10".
We do not provide service to Bimini Fast Cruise.

Garage Height Restriction: The garage has a height limit of 7'0" No oversized vehicles.
No In-and-Out Privileges: Re-entry is not allowed. Any vehicle attempting re-entry will face fines, tire booting, or towing.
Lost Ticket Fee: A $20.00 fee will apply for all lost tickets.

Location was easy to find. Parking car was no problem. 10 to 15 minute wait to left for cruise terminal. Pickup after the cruise was just as good. We were met at outside of terminal and told where to go. Van was waiting for us and took us right to parking garage. Got in our car and drove straight out out of garage and we were on our way.

Easy to find the garage. Clean and well kept garage. Many high end cars parked in it. Shuttle makes you pick reservation time, but then wait for the Shuttle. Waited about 20min for the Shuttle to the port. Didn't think it was too bad. On the way back though I had to go find the Shuttle dropping off people to get them to pick us up. The number they give you to call goes to a mailbox that it full. Was not impressed with the ease of getting a Shuttle back to the garage. The drivers are nice and drive is short, just time management doesn't seem to be the best.

My 1st time using this company. Very close to the Port of Miami. There was a bit of confusion with the address not matching when going in, plus person at entry didn�t speak English so couldn�t really answer an initial question. Regardless everything went smoothly. They organized the guest into which ship they are cruising per van. Returning on Pick up day was easy they pulled up & I didn�t have to wait. Our driver was wonderful, helping with my mobility scooter along with my baggage. I will use them again when I cruise next month (I usally cruise from Ft Lauderdale)

The location was great only minutes from port the shuttle service took about 24 minutes wait and we had to wait for the 3rd van and had to jump to get on not organized people would jump in front of us and we had to wait for the next. Over all I would use this parking again.
