The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport is a restful hotel one mile from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Upon booking your parking space you will receive driving directions to the hotel. No room reservation needed. Complimentary shuttle service is included with your online reservation.
Parking Instructions: Please park along the tree line eaither at the side or the back of the hotel. Enter the lobby to do a brief parking check-in at front desk.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. I had a great experience parking at the Hilton when traveling out of RDU Airport. The process was easy, convenient, and stress-free. The location is perfect, and the shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making it very easy to get to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend using the Hilton parking option for anyone flying out of RDU and will absolutely use it again.

We arrived at the hotel & I filled out information about my car and given pass to park there. Car was already waiting to drive us to the airport. When we returned I called them and within 20 minutes we were picked up. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. I will be back for our next trip!

Check-in was easy. Front desk and driver were nice and friendly. The parking spots seems safe and location is close to the airport. No complaints. I also received an email when reservation is about to end offering an extension if needed. I have not tried extending my reservation so I couldn't say if there are any issues with the parking since you do get a paper on your dashboard showing your check-in and check-out date.
