Clean and easy access parking lot. Hard stop at midnight last shuttle pick up at airport when flight is delayed is an inconvenience. Therefore other means of transportation to and from the hotel is required when this occus. It appears midnight is last shuttle at all hotels in area.

We love to park here� we have used this site several times and have never had an issue. Roc and all the drivers are great.

This is the first time we have used Book2park, and it worked out great. The only hiccup was that when we got to the hotel to park, they were wanting the receipt. The directions said we could use an electronic receipt, but they really wanted it printed. Took about 5 minutes to try to forward them the email receipt before they decided we'd just go on without it. The shuttle was there and ready to take us to the airport. When we returned to RDU, it had snowed and the shuttle still came and got us. I gave them a heads-up that we had landed and he said to call when we had our baggage. When we called again, we then had to wait a bit for the shuttle, especially since the roads were slushy, but it wasn't too bad. Everyone involved was nice, and it was a good bit less expensive to book through the site, versus walking into the hotel for parking.

Ok, everyone must know by now that I totally love the Book2Park, especially at this hotel. The shuttle was right on time and the shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful with our suitcases. As it turns out, I had to extend for two days and it was super easy to extend. It took the worry about of my flying change. I will continue to use this hotel as well as the Book2Park services. On a side note, as a woman flying by herself, I felt totally safe with this hotel's parking lot. Thank you.
